Squared

Community. Structure. Vibes.

How do you help young people stay consistent with their goals, especially when life is already doing the most?

That’s what the Squared team brought to us.
They had a simple belief: when people have the right support, they show up better — for their dreams, their work, and themselves.

What they needed was a brand. From the ground up. That meant identity, voice, visuals, and the kind of structure that feels natural — not forced.

The Problem

Most productivity spaces feel like they’re shouting at you. They reward burnout, guilt you when you rest, and treat growth like a competition.

But not everyone thrives that way.
Some of us just need someone to check in, not check boxes. Squared wanted to be that someone.

The Logo

The Squared logo came out of the idea of motion with meaning. It begins with a lowercase “a” that’s been reworked into a clean, upward-pointing arrow. That arrow stands for progress, but in a steady, grounded way.

Then, when mirrored, it forms a square — our symbol for balance and shared structure. It’s not flashy or loud. But it holds weight. It’s the kind of logo that grows with the community, and still makes sense months down the line.

The Mockups

To help Squared feel real and relatable, we designed mockups that reflect how members actually experience the brand — on their phones, in conversation, during check-ins, and while scrolling through their feeds.

We created app screens to show what the accountability flow might look like, posters that reflect the energy of the community, and carousels built for sharing value in simple, focused ways.

Social Media

Beyond the brand identity, we worked on bringing Squared to life on social media — where the community would first meet the idea, and where momentum would grow.

We started by crafting a clear content strategy and building a simple but focused content calendar. This helped the team stay consistent without burning out. We designed posts that felt true to Squared — honest, warm, and structured. No shouting, no pressure. Just real energy and value, shared every week.

The Mockups

From launch, the results spoke for themselves. In just a short time, Squared pulled in over 30 high-quality applications from young people ready to grow. The Instagram page crossed 1.2k views, gathered 52 organic followers, and the newly created X account reached 30 early followers — all with zero paid ads.

Behind the scenes, we set up the entire system — onboarding flows, Google Forms, automated tracking, and email responses — so that everything runs smoothly, even as the community grows.
